At Wroney, customer satisfaction is our priority. While all sales of Webflow templates are final, we strive to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with our products. Please review our refund policy below:

Non-Refundable Products

Due to the digital nature of our Webflow templates, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the download or access is provided. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be "returned" in the same way physical goods can.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at Wroney's sole discretion under the following exceptional circumstances:

1. Technical Issues: If the template is proven to have critical bugs or errors that prevent it from functioning as described, and Wroney is unable to provide a suitable resolution.
2. Incorrect Purchase: If a customer provides evidence of purchasing the wrong template due to an error and has not yet accessed or used the template.
3. Non-Delivery of Product: If the template download link is not provided after purchase due to technical errors.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Refunds will not be granted for issues resulting from customer modifications or improper use of the template.
• Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction due to design preferences after the purchase.
• Partial refunds are not offered for discounts or promotions applied after the original purchase date.
